Our Story
Nordic Bageri was founded by Maren Jensen in the winter of 1987. What started as a small kitchen in Nørrebro has grown into one of Copenhagen's most beloved neighbourhood bakeries.
We source our flour from organic Danish mills, our butter from Jutland farms, and our cardamom from carefully selected spice traders. Every loaf, every pastry tells the same story: slow craft, honest ingredients, and a deep love for the table.
